http://www.superparma.com/ is good, but I think you could add a few criteria to really make it worthwhile.
my suggestions
1) price + considered value for $$ (on a scale of 1-5)
2) overall experience, after all if the parma's ok but the venue truly bites then I'd like to take that into consideration.
